This website

leadyol.tr is a static page. It sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. It remembers your language choice in your own browser only. Partner links: if you arrive through a partner link (?ref=…), a first-party cookie ly_ref keeps only that partner’s code for 60 days, so the partner can be credited if you start a trial or buy; the code and the click are sent to workyol.com, which runs the partner programme for both products. The click is counted with an anonymous id that changes every day; no IP address is kept. Partners never see your name or e-mail (partner terms). Our web host keeps standard server logs (IP address, date, page requested) for security, for a limited time.

The video

The “Watch how it works” video is hosted on YouTube. Nothing is loaded from YouTube until you press play; then the video plays from youtube-nocookie.com, YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode, under Google’s privacy policy.

When you buy or start a free trial

Leadyol is sold by Afrikyol, LLC (Delaware, USA). Card payments are handled by Stripe: you type your card details on Stripe’s own checkout page and we never see or store them; Stripe processes them under its own privacy policy (stripe.com/privacy). From Stripe we receive your name, e-mail, country and the payment status, so we can send your licence key, handle refunds, send updates and answer support requests. For a free trial we receive the name and e-mail you type in the form, and send the trial key and at most two reminders before and when it ends. Trial users also get one e-mail of usage tips on day 3; buyers, and trial users who ran a search, get one e-mail on day 14 asking for their opinion. Both carry a link that stops them, and the language you used on the form is kept to write them in. Orders placed by WhatsApp or e-mail are paid against an invoice; we keep the invoice details the law requires. We do not sell or share your details. Licence e-mails are sent through our e-mail provider, Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France).

The Leadyol software

Leadyol runs on your own computer. Your searches, lists and exports stay in a folder there and are never sent to us. The software downloads open business data from its public sources and visits the public websites of the businesses you search for. You are the controller of the contact data you collect and responsible for using it lawfully, including honouring opt-out requests.

Licence check

When you activate your licence key, and regularly after that (when the app starts, every few hours and before a search), the software sends the key and your computer's name to our licence server at leadyol.tr, or to the shop you bought from, to confirm the key is valid and count how many computers use it. Trial licences also count how many searches have been used. Nothing else is sent: no search terms, lists or contacts. Our server stores only a fingerprint of each key and a scrambled form of your IP address (to stop abuse).

If your business appears in someone's list

We don't hold any lists; each buyer builds their own. To correct your business details at the source, you can edit them on OpenStreetMap or through the providers of the Overture Maps data. To stop hearing from a sender, reply to that sender and ask them to add you to their do-not-contact list, which Leadyol keeps for them.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you (your order and e-mails) by writing to us.
