Built for agencies that sell to businesses
Find the businesses that need you
“Restaurants in Dubai without a website.” “Clinics in Istanbul with no Instagram.” Filter by has website / phone / e-mail, and every line of your list is a pitch waiting to happen.
Paid once, not every month
Most lead tools charge per credit or per month. Leadyol is a one-time licence with unlimited searches, lists and exports. The business data is open and free, so there is nothing to top up.
Your brand everywhere
Your agency’s name, logo and colours on the app and on every export. Remove “Powered by Leadyol”. Your clients see your tool, not ours.
A workspace for each client
Each client gets their own lists and their own do-not-contact list. Exports are named after the client, with “Prepared for [client] by [your agency]” on them.
Your AI assistant does the searching
Ask Claude, Codex or Cursor in plain words: “Find gyms in Riyadh with an e-mail and export them to Excel.” The assistant runs Leadyol for you.
Clean, and it keeps working
No browser robots copying map websites, so there are no captchas, no blocked connections, and nothing that breaks when a map website changes a page. Leadyol starts from open data published for reuse.
Grow your own agency, and serve your clients with the same tool
1 · Prospecting for your agency
- List every business in your target city and sector: dentists, salons, restaurants, real estate agents, gyms…
- Filter the ones with no website, no Instagram or no e-mail: your next web design, social media and ads clients.
- Reach each one the way it can be reached: the phone and social profiles come with the open data, and for businesses that have a website, Leadyol adds the e-mails, WhatsApp links and profiles published there.
- Export to Excel and start calling or writing the same day.
2 · Prospecting as a service for your clients
- Your client sells to businesses: a B2B supplier, a clinic group, a software company, an exporter.
- In their workspace, you build the lists they need: country by country, city by city, sector by sector.
- You clean them, check the e-mails, apply their do-not-contact list, and deliver an Excel file with your brand.
- Add it to your services: monthly prospect research, a list before a trade fair, a market study of a new city.
One client, one workspace
Pick the client in the menu: their lists, their imports and their do-not-contact list, nothing mixed. Add a new client in one click. Install it on your team’s computers: the licence covers up to 10.

Everything between “who should we call?” and a list you can use
Search the world
About 1,800 business categories, the popular ones searchable in English, French, Turkish and Arabic. Search around a city, a region, a whole country (region by region) or several countries at once. Results appear while the search runs.
Website contact finder
Leadyol visits each business’s own website, politely (it follows robots.txt), and collects e-mails, including addresses hidden from simple copy-paste, phones, WhatsApp links and profiles on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, X and Telegram.
E-mail cleaner
Typos fixed, broken and throwaway addresses removed, duplicates merged, and every e-mail domain checked to see that it can receive mail. Shared inboxes (info@, contact@) are marked apart from named people. Fewer bounces, a safer sender reputation.
Bring any list
Trade-fair exhibitors, a directory, an old CRM export: paste the websites or upload an Excel/CSV file. Leadyol matches the columns, visits each site and fills in what’s missing. Merge several files into one list without duplicates.
Ready-to-use Excel
One column per channel, a click-to-chat link for one-to-one contact, the source and the date collected on every line, and an “About this data” sheet. You can also leave out named people’s addresses and keep only shared inboxes, safer under GDPR and KVKK.
A do-not-contact list that never forgets
When someone asks not to be contacted, add them once. They are left out of every future export.

Every tab of the menu

Build your clients’ lists by asking Claude or Codex
Leadyol includes an MCP server. Connect your AI app in one click from the AI assistants page, then ask in your own words. The assistant searches, filters, removes duplicates and saves the Excel file, with your licence and your do-not-contact list.
You use ChatGPT? Turn on the ChatGPT connector in Leadyol and paste its private address into ChatGPT (Developer mode, on a paid ChatGPT plan). Or use Codex, OpenAI’s app for your computer, with your ChatGPT plan. Claude Desktop and Claude Code work with your Claude plan, and Gemini CLI with a free Google account. Leadyol adds no AI cost, and ready-made requests are inside the app.
Using Claude? Free skill on GitHub with step-by-step guides: leadyol-skill (MIT licence).

What the open data holds
From a test run on the open data, before any website visit. Leadyol’s website step adds more e-mails and social profiles on top.
- 95% with a phone
- 94% with a social profile
- 69% with an e-mail
- 92% with a phone
- 93% with a social profile
- 51% with an e-mail
Always the newest data. The open data gets a new release about every month. Leadyol checks for it by itself, and every new search uses the latest release: nothing to download or update. To refresh an older list, run its search again.
Figures from the September 2026 release. Coverage differs by country and sector, and some listings will have closed. Leadyol shows how complete each list is before you export it.

Why it keeps working when other tools break
Most lead tools copy listings out of map websites by driving a browser. That goes against those websites’ terms, stops working when their pages change, and can get your connection blocked. Leadyol starts from open data published for reuse, then reads only what each business chose to put on its own website.
| Scraper tools | Leadyol | |
|---|---|---|
| Where the list comes from | Copied from a map website | Open, licensed data |
| When the website changes its page | Breaks until an update | Keeps working |
| Captchas and blocked connections | Common | None from the data source |
| Contact details | Often just a phone | E-mails, WhatsApp, 7 social networks |
| Opt-out handling | None | Built-in do-not-contact list |

Turn a one-time $299 into monthly revenue
You pay Leadyol once. Your clients pay you every month for a prospecting service they understand: “every month, we research your market and bring you new businesses to contact, checked and ready.”
| The service you offer | Example price |
|---|---|
| Market mapping: the client’s target sectors and cities researched, e-mails checked, ready to contact | $150–300 once |
| Monthly prospect research: new sectors or cities, cleaned, the client’s opt-outs removed | $100–250 / month |
| Example: you charge only 4 clients $150 per month for this service | $600 / month |
| Your Leadyol cost for those clients | $299 once |
Many agencies charge even more for prospecting. Example prices only: you set your own. You charge for your work, research and cleaning, done for each client; the results stay that client’s own prospect research, not a database sold to anyone who pays.
Other ways agencies use it: a free “missing website” audit of a city to win web-design projects, prospect research before each trade fair or business trip, a market report for a client moving into a new city or country.

Workyol is our app for agencies that run WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger for their clients: official WhatsApp campaigns to customers who opted in, auto-replies, one inbox and scheduled posts. Also paid once, also for 10 clients.
Kept apart on purpose: Leadyol lists are for your own one-to-one prospecting by e-mail or phone, never for WhatsApp campaigns. Workyol only messages people who agreed to receive messages.

Questions agencies ask
Can I do prospecting for my clients and charge for it?
Yes. The Agency licence is made for that: you research and build prospect lists for each client, in their own workspace, with your brand, and you charge for that work. What isn’t allowed is selling lists as a database product (the same file to anyone who pays). The exports include the credits that the open data licences ask for.
Is it legal? What about GDPR?
Leadyol collects business contact details that companies publish themselves. How you use them is your responsibility: in the EU and UK, B2B outreach usually relies on “legitimate interest”, which means a relevant offer, saying where you found the contact, and honouring every opt-out. Leadyol records the source and date of each contact and keeps a do-not-contact list to help you do that. Some countries have stricter rules for e-mail; check yours.
Where does the data come from?
From open datasets published for reuse, including commercial use: the Overture Maps Foundation places data, Foursquare Open Source Places and OpenStreetMap. Contact details are then read from each business’s own public website.
Can I send WhatsApp campaigns to the numbers?
No. WhatsApp only allows businesses to message people who agreed to receive messages, and bulk messages to strangers get numbers banned. The click-to-chat link is for contacting one business at a time, personally.
How many results will I get?
It depends on the country and the sector. Big cities in Europe, the Americas, the Gulf and Asia are well covered; smaller towns in some countries less so. The app shows how complete each list is.
